Hiding a module if the module has specific text?
Hiding a module if the module has specific text?
Problem:
I have a php weather script in a module that outputs a dynamic weather warning.
Is it possible to hide that module if there is no warning?
If there is no warning the script says: Geen speciale alertheid vereist.

Re: Hiding a module if the module has specific text?
Hi, that's a good question. Essentially MetaMod has to have some way of performing the same check that the weather warning module does, before the other module gets rendered. There's no easy way to do this. In the past I've solved problems like this by copying the core code from the target module into the MetaMod and using it to generate the decision. This can be complex to achieve.
Sorry, no easy way to do it.
Cheers,
Stephen
