Install XML to include param groups.

Just so the page doesn't scroll all the way down and break the options into logical sections. should only take a minute.

Not quite sure what you're getting at here... do you mean the metamod config screen? Yes it could probably do with a tidyup... I am not sure if I can make "parameter groups" though (e.g. with borders around them). But in general putting similar items together, yes I need to look at that again.

What do you mean by "scroll all the way down"?
