MetaTemplate compatible with Joomla1.6

Hi,

I just wonder if you have any plans of soon releasing a version compatible with joomla 1.6? Being able to control templates dependent on domain name with 1.6's new ACL features will give me, and many others I guess, possibilities for a (proxy) multisite infrastructure.

Hi Mickey,

Now that Joomla 1.6 has been released, I am starting to look at the porting effort required. My intention is to release a new version of MetaTemplate, MetaTemplate Pro, and the MetaMod products for Joomla 1.6, but at this time I can't give a date for when they will be ready.

Please understand that this is going to be a large amount of work, and I can only spend about a day per week on it, so it's going to take a little while...

When I do release the new Pro versions, I'll give a free upgrade to anyone who purchased the 1.5 version in the 2 months prior to the release.

MetaMod Pro is now available for Joomla 1.6/1.7
Chameleon is now available for Joomla 1.7 ONLY. Chameleon is the new name for MetaTemplate Pro.
