Article displayed based on language ? (SOLVED)

I'm very new to MetaMod, I need to know if it's possible with MetaMode, to display an article in a menu item "OR NOT" based on the language ? I have joomefish installed and the two flags at the top for the language, so when the user clicks either English or Russian, I only want the proper article for that language to be shown under that menu, currently only two items or articles

Yes, I was able to do it with MetaMod. I might not have done it in the most elegant way, but it had the desired effect, Thanks developer !!!
