Identify component on the page

Identify component on the page

I want to identify if the page is showing SimGallery. The recipe below is correct?

if ( $option == "com_simgallery")
return "jp_division_1.5";
else return "bt_playlearn";

This recipe is not working. What should I change?

You are already translating into the Portuguese language, or need help in translation.

Re: Identify component on the page

Hmmm, I think that should work... com_simgallery is right.

However, try this:

if ( $option == "com_simgallery" ) return true;
else return false;

Then, use the drop-down on the SUCCEED action to set the jp_division_1.5 template, and the drop-down on the FAIL action to set the bt_playlearn template.

Does that work any better?

Re: Identify component on the page

Ok. My recipe worked. Just change the sh404sef to skip the metatemplate. Thank you.
If you need help to translate the metatemplate for the Portuguese language let me know.

Re: Identify component on the page

Hi sniper_rio,

I'm interested in what you say about changing SH404SEF to skip the metatemplate. What did you have to do exactly? I haven't come across this before.

I'll also be in touch about the translation - thanks for the offer!

Best regards,
Stephen

Re: Identify component on the page

Stephen

I tried to Identify the component displayed in the above recipe. But with sh404sef activated, the recipe did not work. The MetaTemplate could not determine if it was FALSE or TRUE. Define the Sh404 to skip the metatemplate, and it worked perfectly.

I had translated the metamod for you. Let me know if you need to Metatemplate.

Best regards,
Gilson Filho
