I sincerely apologise for not getting back to you before now. There are 2 reasons. One is that my web host SiteGround keeps messing up the e-mail sending system and I have missed a ton a email that should have come through the web site. I guess I have missed some communications from you. The other is that I am in the middle of changing jobs at the moment (it's been going on for 2 months), it's been a very difficult time, and I haven't been able to spend much time on support. I did get at least 1 email from you but I am sorry I was not able to give it the attention it deserved.

Thankfully with the new job from 1 Nov 2017 this frees up a day a week for doing support and development work, so I am looking forward to being able to give the super support and service that I pride myself on.
