Cloudflare and MetaMod Pro
I am thinking of using Cloudflare for my Buzz50.com site which is now on its own dedcated (hardware) server.
Will the Joomla module restore IP addresses for me or should I install mod_cludflare on my Apache server?
Any other advice on this?

Re: Cloudflare and MetaMod Pro
Hi Buzz50,
I've just been looking into how Cloudflare handles and reports client IP addresses. Apparently it puts the original client IP address into the HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR header. MetaMod is already smart enough to read the address from that header if it exists, so as far as I know, MetaMod will handle Cloudflare IP address reporting even without needing to install mod_cloudflare.
Best regards,
Stephen
