VM2.0.18c Incompatibility

Hi Stephen,

VM2.0.18c was released last weekend and (guess what) some more changes are there which make it no compatible with latest chameleon.

More specifically we get:

[04-Mar-2013 11:33:05 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot access private property calculationHelper::$_cats in /administrator/components/com_virtuemart/models/customfields.php on line 841

Would appreciate your assistance as always wink

VM2.0.20 is already out; better to check directly with this version wink

I've sent you a copy for 2.0.20b so you can test with that. Once that's confirmed I'll put it on general release.
