This doesn't sound like a MetaMod problem.

From your previous posts, it also sounds like you lost some files on your Joomla installation. I would suggest doing an "upgrade" installation of Joomla 1.5 (you're on 1.5 already, right? Don't do that if you are still on 1.0!) over the top of your current installation, then also re-installing VirtueMart on top of the current installation.

If you have altered files in Joomla or in Virtuemart then you will need to make a note of all your changes first, obviously, then re-apply them.

You might also want to think about the following:
1 - make sure the product is "in stock", and the availability date is in the past
2 - make sure it is assigned to the right categories (the categories that you are trying to browse).
3 - make sure it is "published".

Have you tried the Joomla forums and the Virtuemart forums yet? You'll probably find answers to some of these questions just by searching their forums.
