Hide module

I want to hide a module from registered users,i read a post
so i created a metamod module and add
Show Quick module(s) to non logged in
and in Quick module position or id include i add the module id that i dont want to be shown, but it doesnt work.Can you please tell me what to do?

Hi,

1 - ensure MetaMod is enabled and set to ALL or a subset of menu items where you want the "target module" to appear
2 - ensure "target module" is unpublished or set to "none" menu items

Then it should work.
