Module placement in jomsocial group page

Hi i have just downloaded metamod, looks very interesting.

I would like to be able to add a module to an individual group page within jomsocial based on the groupid

I am however not sure where to start, on the recipe!

Any help would be very appreciated.

I am using metamod 2.5 with joomla 1.5.18 and jomsocial 1.8.7

Ok well i have now come up with a solution!

$groupid = JRequest::getInt("groupid", 0);
if ( $groupid == XX) return "YY";

where XX is the groups id
and YY is the module to return

Seems to work well
