Re: Need help getting started!

Hi Jamie,

for this purpose, you could have the MetaMod set to "ALL" menus. Then, no matter what menu the person is on, as long as the MetaMod detects a page that's in that category, it will display the module. This is quite useful because it sometimes catches URLs that have the wrong Itemid etc. and ensures they still get the right module(s).

Re: Need help getting started!

Steve, I have a  module that is using the rule

if ( $content_genius->check("category_id = 53" ) ) return 133;

I repeat the rule with another category, and the module does not show.

I'm not getting it. I have a selection in the menu assignment.

Re: Need help getting started!

Oh, okay, disregard my last post then. I had no idea I should do that, I thought that would make the module appear everywhere, which is not what I want. But, I see that it makes the php code kick in the way I want it to.

Okay great. I'll get the hang of it eventually!
